Channel 4 aired a feature on one of our ABLE Youth participants and Achilles athletes, Jay Denning (known as Jrod to many!) on their Inside Sports Sunday show. This segment centered around him being a member of his middle school wrestling team wrestling against all able bodied students despite having spina bifida and no leg function.

Look who made the front page of the Houston Chronicle in January—

Sara “Lizzy” Solomon. Lizzy participated in Houston International marathon weekend January 14-15, completing the 5k on Saturday, followed by her first ever half marathon Sunday. Lizzy was guided by Achilles International – Houston guides and some other Achilles friends.
